1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing League Llama™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use this service. These terms are a binding legal agreement between you and Voorhees Industries, LLC.

2. No Gambling or Wagering

League Llama is strictly a data management tool for entertainment purposes only. Voorhees Industries, LLC does not offer, solicit, or facilitate any real-money gambling, sports betting, or wagering of any kind. Any private wagers made between users based on data provided by this service are the sole responsibility of the users. We do not handle payouts, hold escrow, or enforce private debts.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voorhees Industries, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

4. Intellectual Property

The "League Llama" name, the Llama mascot logo, and the slogan "No Drama. Only Llama." are trademarks of Voorhees Industries, LLC. All software code, design elements, and content are the exclusive property of Voorhees Industries, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voorhees Industries, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service.
